Our mission is to enhance the quality of life on earth by promoting the education and development of sustainable living practices within our community.  The focus of the community is to come together as a group to create a lifestyle where everyone consciously strives to contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment.  Common areas will be natural, free of herbicides and pesticides to help keep our ecological footprint to a minimum.

When Green Acres Living is completed, we will have 23 homes on 385 acres including a 45+ acre lake.  An exclusive offering of common element condominium lots ranging between 2.75 and 11 acres (total acreage of registered lots 135) are available for sale in late Fall 2007.   The remaining acreage (250) and the lake will be fractionally-owned and maintained by the membership.

People look at Green Acres Living, with it’s privacy as a special place to spend quality time with family and old friends. That is true. But in time you will come to consider yourself as a member of the larger community that has graciously welcomed you in.   Green Acres Living residents will share a common interest in the finer things in life and a deep respect for nature. Interaction with your fellow Green Acres Living residents is almost assured. Green Acres Living will establish events that reflect our community spirit.
