Who can I put on title?
Whomever you would like.

Can I purchase more than one property?
Yes. You must build a residence on each property within 2 years of  purchase date.

Do all Green Acres Living owners appear on title?
Yes. For the lot they purchase and the home they built.

If I purchase multiple properties do I have to put the same entity on title for each property?   No.

When can I expect occupancy of my vacation home?
Lots are currently available in Phase I.  With Spring 2008 construction you could be in your new home by mid to late Summer 2008.

Will I have to pay GST on the purchase of my Green Acres Living home?
No. Your home will be custom built by you, we have an onsite Property Manager that is also available to help with any building questions and suppliers that you might have.
