  The focus of the community is to come together as a group to create a lifestyle where everyone consciously strives to contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment.  Common areas will be natural, free of herbicides and pesticides to help keep our ecological footprint to a minimum.

When Green Acres Living is completed, we will have 23 homes on 393 acres including a 45+ acre lake.  An exclusive offering of common element condominium lots ranging between 2.75 and 11 acres (total acreage of registered lots 135) are available for sale in late Fall 2010.   The remaining acreage (250) and the lake will be fractionally-owned and maintained by the membership.
